Led by Dr. Ash Gulati and Dr. Ruby Gulati — each with 20+ years of experience — our general dentistry approach is thorough, gentle, and genuinely patient-centred. We see routine appointments not just as maintenance, but as the cornerstone of your long-term oral health. We use digital radiography for low-radiation diagnostics and take time at every visit to provide honest, personalised advice.

FAQ

Find the answer To your question

What is the best age to start fissure sealants?

Fissure sealants are most beneficial when applied as soon as the first permanent molars erupt — typically around age six. Second molars, which erupt around age twelve, also benefit from sealing.

Custom-fitted mouthguards provide significantly superior protection. They absorb and distribute impact force far more effectively, do not impede breathing, and are comfortable enough to be worn consistently throughout sport.

Bruxism is the unconscious grinding or clenching of teeth, typically during sleep. An occlusal splint — worn at night — creates a physical barrier between upper and lower teeth, protecting them from wear and relieving pressure on the jaw joints.

Fluoride in appropriate amounts is safe and evidence-based for cavity prevention in children. We recommend fluoride varnish applications during children’s check-up visits, tailored to each child’s age and decay risk profile.

Sports mouthguards should generally be replaced each sporting season, or sooner if they show signs of wear, cracking, or loss of fit — particularly important in growing children.
